This therapy has emotional wellbeing at the centre of its ethos. It aims to bring a person to a wholeness of mind, body and spirit. It focuses on working with the inner child and honouring the soul within each and every one of us to enable us to come to a place of fulfilment and happiness.
This talking therapy uses various tools to help a person recognise and deal with repressed or suppressed emotional blocks.
